About the Position:

This is an opportunity to join the marketing team at GRYB International; a growing company that umbrellas 8 exciting brands in the heavy machinery industry. You would play a key role in driving the success of these striving businesses. GRYB started locally and is quickly expanding through a fierce acquisition strategy of complimentary companies in the United States and Canada. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create engaging content that will connect with our audiences and place our brands at the forefront of the industry.

  • Write, review, edit, and update content to advertise our products on a variety of platforms: websites, blogs, newsletter, marketing materials, videos, etc.

  • Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

  • Perform market research for the brands by collecting data on market offerings, pricing/business models, consumers, competitors and consolidating the information into reports and presentations.

  • Assist the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

  • Assist with social media content to engage consumers, respond to questions, and to promote company initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

  • Utilize SEO matrix to increase site traffic.



  • Diploma in communication, copywriting, journalism, or relevant experience with a passion for words

  • Experience creating strong, engaging content.

  • An understanding of SEO best practices.

  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.

  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

  • Aptitude for Market Research Analysis experience
